As with all of our client engagements, we use a combination of experienced professionals with a strong track record in testing and assurance combined with a proven methodology to assess capability.

We specifically look at and assess capability across a wide range of dimensions including testing skills & culture, methods, processes and supporting technologies, and the effectiveness of the assurance efforts within the organisation.

Capability Uplift

Our recommendations for capability uplift can include:

• The development, or enhancement of an enterprise testing methodology and support to collaborate with programs / projects for method adoption.

• The development of a testing methodology to define for an organisation “how do we test” – which would include the testing framework, approach, work breakdown structure, test phases, techniques and procedures to support testing at every phase of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• The establishment of tools and supporting assets.

• Direction and support on test method adoption based on program / project size, complexity, system integration, technologies and stakeholders.
