Approach

Our plans are developed through ongoing engagement with all individual work streams and business stakeholders to outline all of the inputs that are required to enable the release and deployment plans to be developed.

Once the planning has been completed and endorsed by the relevant stakeholders and governance forums, we lead dress rehearsals and trial cutovers, with the support of the individual teams, to determine timings, gaps, and any issues in the overall plan. This approach ensures that deployment risks are mitigated, and the subsequent implementation, transition to production and ongoing support are seamless and meet or exceed business expectation on delivery.
