Assessment and Recommendations

We assess initiatives using frameworks that measure across multiple dimensions of delivery, including stakeholder engagement, realisation of business benefits, financial performance, risk and issue identification and management, scope management, and schedule performance.

An assessment against each key delivery dimension is provided along with a series of key recommendations to improve delivery performance of the initiative(s).
