Test Management

Test Reporting & RAIDs Management

Following the scheduling and resource planning activities of the test management phase, attention will typically focus on test reporting & RAIDs (Risks, Actions, Issues & Dependencies) management, ensuring:

each program / initiative delivers the test information, results and deliverables in a consistent manner using consistent templates and communication approaches.
a strong focus on risk assessment and issues management.
test related RAIDs are documented in the test deliverables, then transferred to the appropriate program RAIDs management tool to maintain consistency and compliance to defined standards through the life of the program or initiative.
